Here's a great look at the Ruppel's griffon vulture that scavenges in the Serengeti along the African savanna. This video from National Geographic shows the social and loyal vultures competing for food, notably against the lions and hyenas in this part of Tanzania. It always seems odd watching nature programs with an American narrator rather than David Attenborough; but this 3-minute clip still has some amazing footage, well worth the watch.
